One of the most common requests from our users has been for Aero to come pre-loaded with a few templates “just to help me get started.” With the introduction of the Aero Library, we’ve provided those starter templates – and ever so much more!
What is the Aero Library?
The Aero Library is a collection of templates and procedures that you can use to create tasks. Written by leading authorities in the field, each template gives you step-by-step instructions on the best way to perform a task while the procedures provide detailed information, sample screenshots, and troubleshooting information. The Aero Library contains templates and procedures for everything from reconciling checking accounts to migrating a client to QBO. It covers common tasks for accounting professionals using apps like QuickBooks, Expensify, Bill.com, and Intuit Online Payroll – to name just a few. More content is being added to the Library every week– you can see an up-to-date list of all the templates here.
Who can use the Library?
All paid Aero subscribers have access to the Aero Library and its Basic content. Premium Aero subscribers have access to premium templates and procedures for tasks such as setting up a new client on IOP and closing a period in QBO.
What’s the ‘Ever so Much More’?
Library templates and procedures aren’t just static documents that you use to help set up your Aero account. They are monitored and updated by Aero Workflow and the Authors to make sure that any changes in the workflow of the apps is reflected in the Library. Any tasks created using a Library Template will automatically be updated when the Library is updated.
