Data Transfer
All your interactions with Aero are encrypted using SSL/TLS. This technology protects your data while in transit from your browser to our servers and vice versa.
We utilize multiple firewall layers at the operating system and network levels to protect our servers from unauthorized access.
Physical Security
Our hosting provider, Azure, is a well-known industry leader that employs state-of-the-art technology to secure servers from all types of tampering. Servers are placed in 24/7 monitored facilities and are not accessible to non-authorized personnel.
Azure is SOC II, SOC III, and GDPR compliant
Servers are located in the United States, in Virginia and other Eastern Seaboard locations
Data Storage
Data is encrypted during transfer to and from your browser.
All databases are fully backed up daily.
Database changes are backed up every few hours.
Transactional logs are backed up every 5-10 minutes.
Backup history is kept on a rolling basis for 7 days.
