Aero offers multiple different resources to help you implement your new Aero account, but sometime firms want a more customized experience. White Glove onboarding is for firms who:

Don’t have time to devote to setting up their account
Need their account set up quickly and correctly
Want their setup to be guided by a workflow expert

How does it work?

Aero will take you through a guided setup that allows us to do the bulk of the work setting up your Aero account and leaves you free to concentrate on what you do best: delivering client services.

Define

During this first phase, Aero works with you to gather information and gain an understanding of your firm.

Organize

During the Organize phase, Aero goes to work for you, setting up your Aero account so that it’s optimized to work hard for you.

Implement

Specially crafted training for you and your team carry you towards your final Go Live date.
