- Servers are located in the United States, in Virginia and other Eastern Seaboard locations
- Data Storage
- Data is encrypted during transfer to and from your browser.
- All databases are fully backed up daily.
- Database changes are backed up every few hours.
- Transactional logs are backed up every 5-10 minutes.
- Backup history is kept on a rolling basis for 7 days.
- Tenant databases are separated
- Regular Security Patches and Updates
- We release security updates to our infrastructure and custom software as they become available. All of our systems run on up-to-date software.
- Additional Security Features
- Certain fields in the client Vault are encrypted using 256-bit encryption
- Vault entries are security-level dependent
- When a vault record is deleted, it is completely removed from the database
- Admin users set the data access level by assigning security levels to all users
- When an account is closed, the database is deleted completely at the end of the remaining subscription period
